Today the Cork Dorks were joined by Julie Simon from Windrose Farm, Ali Carscaden from 15C Wine Bar, and Lauren Butler of Yes Cocktail Company to talk about the upcoming Heirloom Tomato Festival. This weekend at the Heirloom Tomato Festival, attendees get to taste over 40 varieties of heirloom tomatoes all while touring the beautiful land on Windrose Farm. Several local chefs, vendors, and artisan purveyors will be there preparing samples of their delicious recipes, featuring Windrose Farm tomatoes and tasty produce.
