  Harvest is nearly complete. It came fast with more quality and less yield for what we hope will be a better end result.   A quirky year of weather, and growing patterns, has delivered a bounty of delicious produce for us to enjoy in erratic spurts. I had no idea what it was either—that is, until my husband and I attended a drool-inducing Pork to Plate seminar hosted by FARMstead Ed at J&R Meats in Paso Robles.
