4 bones with marrow (Templeton Hills Beef) 
Fresh herbs (Nature's Touch Harvest & Nursery)
Salt & Pepper

 Grilled over red oak, with salt & pepper, at medium heat (move your hand overheat for 3 sec).  Cook until caramelized approx. 2 min per side. Until the bone is caramelized, and the marrow is bubbly.  Season with Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper.
