Hambly Lavender Farm
Where you will discover all your senses.
If you picture yourself strolling through pretty planted rows of dreamy lavender varieties, taking in sweet lavender wafting through the air, harvesting your own lavender bundle, having a picturesque picnic with breathtaking views for miles, then you have arrived at Hambly Farms.
This Local Roots Lavender Farm Experience includes:
• Owners, Farmers & Makers, Gina & Milton Hambly, will lead you through their aromatic fields of lavender
• Get an inside look behind-the-scenes of growing, harvesting, drying & distilling this fragrant herb.
• Up close visits with friendly farm animals.

Mighty Cap Mushroom
Come hear our story and watch us grow.
This is a one-of-a-kind experience that will change your mind about the wonderful world of fungi forever. Owner and founder Chris Batlle will tell the story of how it all began, explaining the complexities and celebrations of being a mushroom farmer.

• Farmer led tour of the Lab, Inoculation, Incubation and Grow Rooms.
• A looksee into the full growth process of a mushroom .
• Learnings of sustainability practices and compost recycling.

From Tree to Table
Make your way through the rolling hills of the Pleasant Valley Wine Trail to this family-owned & operated organic fruit farm, a 37-acre slice of Heaven. Dan & Barb Goodrich have planted every tree (except one), harvested fruit, create unique gourmet jams, and put down their roots (literally & figuratively).
This Local Roots Organic Farm Experience includes:
• A guided walk in the magnificent garden they have been building since 2007.
• Taste thier line-up in a Jam Session, and most likely, Barb will have a pot of jam on the stove top so you can see the process in action.
• Shop the Jam Shack where you will find unique gift items & local products.

Owners, farmers, fromagers and dreamers Evan & Kristy Bishop will share their story, their sheep dreams and their reality of raising sheep for cheese.
