Cheese Making 101 with Bev Michels at Alcea Rosea Farm September 10th 10:00am-1pm
Bev Michels of Alcea Rosea Farm is offering a private cheese making class; “Cheesemaking 101 – Chevre and Ricotta” at the Alcea Rosea Farm Creamery in Templeton. This intimate hands-on class will include a cheese making demonstration and lesson. Each participant will also be given a complete kit of ingredients to make their own cheese at home. Join Bev and Steve after class for a lovely farm fresh brunch. And of course, there will be meet and greet time with the farm animals! The special hands-on class is limited to six people.
Class is from 10:30am to about 1pm.
